For over 40 years, Osteria del Cinghiale Bianco has been a landmark for those who want to savour true Tuscan cuisine in an authentic and historically rich setting.
Located in the charming Borgo San Jacopo, one of the most characteristic streets of ancient Florence, the restaurant
is set on the ground floor of a fascinating 14th-century tower, surrounded by art workshops, antique shops, and upscale boutiques.
Entering Osteria del Cinghiale Bianco means immersing yourself in a warm and welcoming atmosphere, where tradition blends with quality service and genuine flavours.
The two dining rooms offer a unique culinary experience: the first is nestled within the original medieval tower, with exposed stone walls that tell centuries of history; the second is built over the tower's old courtyard, covered in the 1600s with elegant vaulted ceilings to shape the historical palace that still stands today.
The charm of the interiors, enriched with brick and sandstone niches, creates an intimate and romantic setting, perfect for candlelit dinners and special moments.

Our Story
Since 1st March 1984, Massimo Masselli, a restaurateur with extensive experience, has transformed Osteria del Cinghiale Bianco into a reference point for Florentines and visitors from all over the world.
With the support of his family, he has kept the Tuscan culinary tradition alive, enriching it with a personal and innovative touch.
Today, the osteria is managed by a close-knit team that continues to uphold a passion for hospitality and high-quality cuisine.
